1. Open Windows Firewall:
       a) Click the Start, and then click the Control Panel.
       b) Click the Security Center.
       c) Select Windows Firewall.

2. Select the Exceptions tab.

3. Click the Add Program Button.

4. Browse to the OMessengerServerService.exe application and click the OK to close the window. Please make Sure OMessengerServerService.exe is selected in Exceptions List.

6. Close Windows Security Center.
