1. Does OMessenger have a one time Price?
YES. You only need to pay for OMessenger once and you get Life Time updates free.
2. How many Licenses do I need to Purchase (One License Per Computer License or One License Per User)?
OMessenger Licensing System is based on a one License per user basis. With a 10 User License Key, a maximum of 10 Users will displayed online, irrespective of the number of computers registered with or using OMessenger.
3. What payment methods are available?
Online payment options: Credit card, Bank / Wire Transfer, Check, Cash - prepayment options are provided by our payment processors: Share-it, Regnow & 2Checkout.com
4. When I will get the License Key?
The License key will be delivered to you directly by our Payment Processor Share-it or Regnow usually within 24 Hours of payment.
5. How to Register OMessenger in a Computer.
In OMessenger, Users List, Information Tab > Click the Register Link. Fill out the Details in the Registration Form or use license Key from Other Users. If your OMessenger Trial Period is finished, you will see the Splash Screen with a Register Link.
6. Is there an easy way to Register the License key in all Network Computers?
Yes. There are 4 ways to register all network computers.
1). While Registering OMessenger, you will be prompted to apply the same license key for all OMessenger Online Users.
2). There is an option in the Registration Screen to use the license key of another Registered user.
3) If you are using OMessenger Server / OMessenger Server pro, you can apply the license key details for all users through OMessenger Server Manager.
4) The licence key can be embedded with installer, using the Admin Tool default installer file.
7. Is there any version for Registered Users other than the Trial Version?
No. OMessenger Trial Version has all the features. On applying for a License Key you will be upgraded to the Registered Version and it will no longer expire.
8. Is it possible to upgrade my License pack in the future?
Yes. You can upgrade to any license pack from your existing license. The Upgrade Price is equal to the difference between your Old Pack price & the New Pack price + a $10 USD Processing Fee.
To Upgrade: In OMessenger, User List, Information Tab > Click the "Upgrade License" Link > Click "Purchase More Licenses" from Registration Form.
